Registration is now closed.

* Teams DO NOT need to have numbered tees, but please wear the same color tees

* Teams DO need an adult "coach" to be on the sidelines to assist with lineups, encourage players, and keep the peace! This DOES NOT need to be the same adult each week

* Teams DO NOT need to have more than 6 players, but cannot have more than 10

*Team fees include ref fees, so you DO NOT need to pay official each night

* Please be aware of OHSAA rules when forming teams that include players from the same school (no more than three from same roster at school if OHSAA school)
