Each clinic will focus on specific skills needed to move your volleyball game to the next level and will be led by our awesome coaches with both playing (collegiate) and coaching experience!

Girls:  5th-8th grade    June 18th & 25th

       Setting         5-6pm       $55 for both days 

       Attacking    6-7pm      $55 for both days

       Backcourt   7-8pm      $55 for both days

 *Setting - This clinic will focus on the footwork, hand contact, set location, and setter mentality that is needed to grow your game in this important position on the courts.  It will also include the defensive roles the setter has in addition to her offensive threat. Our qualified and experienced coaches will be providing lots of reps and feedback throughout to players! 

*Attacking/ Blocking - This clinic will work specifically on the footwork, arm swing, hand contact, and volleyball intelligence for middle attackers and pin hitters.  We will divide the courts to offer instruction for each position at the net.  They will also be combined to work on blocking movement, eye sequencing, and reading the attacker as a net defender.  Our qualified and experienced coaches will be providing lots of reps and feedback throughout to players!

*Passing/Defense/Backcourt -This clinic will focus on the footwork, posture, platform, and mentality of the defender in the backcourts as well as emphasize serve reception techniques.  There will be serving instruction as well to coincide with the serve reception, offering lots of reps and feedback from coaching staff.

This opportunity to knock off the rust and get to know Cincy East Volleyball will be held on Monday evenings. There is no registration.  Just check in at the court.

This program is designed for girls ages 14 through High School. It aims to help student-athletes sharpen their skills in preparation for summer tryouts. Additionally, newcomers to the program will get an opportunity to experience what Cincy East Volleyball has to offer.

School Try-Out Prep (Girls)

Get ready for your school try-outs with Cincy East Volleyball!  We will instruct and prepare you ahead of your school try-outs!  All skills will be reviewed and practiced as well as applied into game play.  This camp will be both helpful and fun, and we will send you off  into your try-outs with the confidence you need both  mentally and physically.

This camp will instruct players on the techniques behind each skill in the game of volleyball and will incorporate into gameplay.   From passing to attacking, setting to digging, and serving to blocking, our staff will encourage your boy in proper techniques through lots of repetition for All Skills needed to grow them as a player. All skill levels welcome.
